Draft version — these terms have not yet been legally reviewed or adopted and do not form a final agreement.
Terms and conditions
1. Scope
This is a draft for Pixelgate services. Final terms must state when they apply and how they relate to quotations, assignments and any additional agreements.
2. Quotations and assignments
A quotation should clearly state the agreed work, price, validity, planning, assumptions and possible third-party costs. An assignment is formed only in the acceptance method set out in the final terms or quotation.
3. Cooperation and changes
A client must provide information, materials, feedback and decisions in time where reasonably needed. Changes to scope, planning or assumptions must be recorded in writing before they are carried out.
4. Payment
This draft contains no fixed rates, payment terms, deposits, interest or collection costs. Pixelgate must determine these matters and include them per assignment or in final terms.
5. Intellectual property and materials
Final arrangements must state which rights in designs, code, content and other results are licensed or transferred, and on what conditions. The client must have the right to use supplied materials.
6. Responsibility and liability
Pixelgate gives no guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing. Any limits of liability, indemnities and insurance provisions require legally reviewed final wording.
7. Complaints and law
Final terms must define a complaints process, applicable law, competent court and any order between language versions. These choices have not yet been made.
